Troubleshooting

System requirements:

To get the plug-ins running on your system you must make sure it has Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 redistributables installed:
– to use 32-bit plug-ins install vcredist_x86.exe
– to use 64-bit plug-ins install vcredist_x64.exe
– to use both 32 and 64-bit plug-ins install both vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe

Here is the official Microsoft download link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/update-for-visual-c-2013-redistributable-package-d8ccd6a5-4e26-c290-517b-8da6cfdf4f10

Or you may download it here if you trust VTarAmps:

Plug-ins are not getting detected in a DAW even though redists are installed:

Some DAWs like Studio One are known for this issue, here is the solution:
1) Close your DAW;
2) Delete the plug-ins DLL’s from your VST plug-ins folder that do not detect;
3) Run your DAW and rescan VST plug-ins effects, some DAWs do it automatically at start;
4) Close your DAW;
5) Extract the plug-in DLL’s that do not detetct into your VST plug-ins folder again;
6) Run your DAW and scan for VST plug-ins again.
